COME TO OUR HOMECOMING CELEBRATION

One service only - 10:00 am
We'll start the day with a "bring your kids to
church family service" at 10:000 am in the Sanctuary
Following the service there will be a Ministry Fair in
Oglesby Hall - a good time to see all of the things that are here for you. You
will have a chance to visit booths from Music, Missions, Education, Youth, UMW
and all of the committees and commissions that make up our church family. There
will be information and sign up sheets at every station.
When you are finished looking, we'll join together in the Rose Garden and
Sherrill Hall for a Family Picnic/ Barbecue
11:30-1:30. Meat is provided, but please bring a salad, side-dish or a
dessert to share.

Our meetings begin again
Tuesday, September 9 at 12 noon in Sherrill Hall.
Our speaker this month will be Linda Groobin from Caring Hands. This will
be an informative presentation.
Everyone is invited. Bring a friend and a sandwich. Dessert and a
drink will be provided.

Disciple & Christian
Believer, knowing God with heart and mind will be starting up on Wednesdays in
September and run through May.
This course meets every Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm in Sherrill Hall.
This is the last class in the
series for Discipleship studies. Come join us for a wonderful time of
learning about God and His Son, Jesus, being faithful disciples, powerful
prayers and great fellowship. You don't have to have taken all five of the
previous Disciples classes to join this one.
